These tools are Excel spreadsheets. To use them, you will need Microsoft Excel.

ROMI Budgeting Support Tool
Use this worksheet to develop ROMI indices and hurdle rates for marketing to existing customers, upselling to existing customers, marketing to reduce churn (rescue), marketing to acquire new customers and marketing expenditures to be in the business (infrastructure).

Marketing Mix Planning Sheet
A great tool to help you to list your data sources for your marketing (the 4Ps), competitive, exogenous factors and sales. With this information you can determine what areas you need to invest in to develop a complete modeling data set.

ROMI Risk Planning Tool
This template helps you develop a marketing budget based on ROMI or mROMI. Simply enter in the required financial information for each marketing activity and the ROMI and mROMI indices will be automatically calculated. Once entered, sort them based on ROMI or risk level and use this a planning tool, taking into account risk and return.

ROMI Lead Planner
Use this worksheet to compare different programs based on the quality of leads delivered to sales.
